Every time I read this, all I can think of is 'These Are A Few Of My Favourite Things' from Sound Of Music.
Bizarrely, whenever I try to hum 'These Are A Few Of My Favourite Things' it turns into 'Chim-Chimney' from Mary Poppins.

Stalled.
Dropped about 8lb, put on 2-3lb, dropped 1-2lb but not a lot happened since. I'm ahead of where I was but not really my focus at the moment. That 1-2lb was while on holiday which is a first but if I really want to lose weight I do need to give it more attention...
...rather than this cake...
