Writing for 'The Kevin Bishop Show'?

Shane Allen sent me a DVD of the first series last year and suggested I send some stuff in. I did but they took fook all. I was told afterwards it was a tough gig, with most of the show being written by Lee Hupfield the producer and Kevin himself.
It's a great show though, Kevin's bloody fantastic.

Did they say what the lead time was on em lee? do they have em all in the bag before they record the series or do they do it on the fly?
I'm guessing it's all in the bag before they record with a few spares in case anything really bad happens to the 'subjects.'

Have a mate who wrote for this. He wrote for 'Tonightly' before then.

I got to send some stuff in as well, thanks to a friend of mine who worked there at the time. It didn't go well.
I agree though - it's a good show, like all sketch shows it's hit and miss but I can think of worse ways to spend half an hour.

By the way, to the best of my knowledge the Dawsons didn't write for 'Tonightly'. It's the only comedy-related thing in the past five years they haven't contributed towards. They even helped write this post.
