I did too. I wrote a poem about it in fact when I was 10. Sardines in a tin are good too. Loads of omega 3 and calcium from the bones.

I was amazed to see they're caught and filleted by hand I assumed there was some sort of machine.

I remember my Granddad having boiled sheep's brains on toast in the '50s.
