A MAN AND A WOMAN ARE STANDING ON A TRAIN PLATFORM IN THE RAIN.
PAUL: So! There's nothing I can say that would make you change your mind, that's it is it?
SARAH: We've been through this already, let's not make things any harder than they are.
PAUL: But what about all the good times we've had, surely that means something to you?
CUT TO A MONTAGE WITH 'WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD' BY LOUIS ARMSTRONG PLAYING IN THE BACKGROUND.
FIRST WE SEE PAUL ON ONE KNEE IN A RESTAURANT OFFERING A RING, WITH SARAH IN TEARS OF JOY.
NEXT WE SEE PAUL COVERING SARAH EYES. WHEN HE REMOVES THEM WE REVEAL A LOVELY HOUSE. SARAHS FACE IS A PICTURE OF JOY. PAUL SHOWS THE KEYS, HANDS THEM TO HER & SHE THROWS HER ARMS AROUND HIM.
WE THEN SEE PAUL RUMMAGING UNDER THE CHRISTMAS TREE, HE GRABS A PARCEL. OPENS IT AND PULLS OUT A PUPPY. SARAH CLAPS HER HANDS, LAUGHS, TAKES THE PUPPY FROM PAUL AND GIVES IT A SQUEEZE.
FINALLY WE SEE PAUL TICKLING SARAH ON THE SOFA, THEY ARE BOTH LAUGHING UPROARIOUSLY. THEY STOP TO CATCH THEIR BREATH, LOOK AT ONE ANOTHER LOVINGLY & SHARE A TENDER KISS.'
SARAH: It's just that when you actually add them up, all the good times only last about Thirty seconds.
PAUL: Thirty Two & a half actually.
SARAH: To be honest, the rest of the time you've been a complete C**t
THE LAST WORD IS OBSCURED BY THE SOUND OF A TRAIN WHISTLE.
SARAH: I think that's my train.(Points to her baggage) Could you help me with my...
PAUL: No.
