Sometimes your stuff is a little too compact, for me this is one of those cases.
Sorry to be such an 'agree-er'but I'm there with SootyJ - for such a short I'd say a better joke was needed but it'll be fine with a bigger sketch behind it?
Make this last 60 seconds, then air progressively in 10 second excerpts throughout a sketch show.
That would do the trick.
Maybe I was reading too much into it, but I thought the 'full wood' was a pun so got confused.
Not for me this one. With a 'full wood' pun it probably would be though!
