I feel really shitty but just have bog standard normal flu, feel a bit ripped off.

I had it back in May and managed to survive.
Got a bad cold and my astma has reared up, but doesn't feel flu like.

BCG isn't for swine flu, it's for TB.
I laugh when people with a heavy cold think they have 'flu. If you have a bout of 'flu, you will suffer around 3 days of totally debilitating near-death experience.
Unless you've been a 'flu victim, you have no idea how pleasant a heavy cold is by comparison.

I've never had flu. Those who do are weak. I put it down to bad breeding and a self-posturing nature.

I had Gastric flu last year. I was puking, shittting and blowing my nose all at the same time. Actually, I was running to the toilet so much, I eventually noticed an improvement to my fitness.
Yeah, when you have flu you feel like you're dying.
I was hospitalized as a baby with it. I had a temp of 104 for 4 days before my parents had the sense to take me to the doctor. I guess I was a day or so away from death. Thanks Mom and Dad!
