Oh, sorrry I didnt know >_<
I do now obviously

when I say torres is over rated in the game, that's taking into consideration his body balance and speed being average, yet him being able to outmuscle stronger players in the game :(

and best striker in the world Unimpressed
maybe hes the second best in the world behind owen :)

Second best behind Drogba maybe.

(Notice the capitals didn't last long!)

hat trick owenn Laughing out loud

as for £helski Pirate

Drogba's class, but he's such a cheat he goes down in my estimations.
Torres is probably second best behind Rooney.

I'm sorry but I really don't rate Rooney.

It's nothing to do with Manchester United - or rather it is with Ferguson.

The idiot has no discipline and Ferguson condones and encourages it. He really is lucky to not get cared more often. I think that refs are intimidated by him and Ferguson. If you take away his aggression he's not the same player they argue. Well he shouldn't be so f**king aggressive. He should grow up.

Let's face it, if he couldn't play football he'd more than likely be in HMP Liverpool (formerly Walton).

Rolling eyes Rolling eyes Rolling eyes

8th best player in the world

Quote: SlagA @ December 8 2009, 2:55 PM GMT

I can't say Torres is overrated. He's possibly the best striker in the world.

No, no, no, no, NO!

He is not the best striker in the world, he's not even the best striker with a Spanish passport! Judge it in the highest level possible - International football. Fernando Torres has scored 23 goals in 71 games, David Villa has scored 23 goals in his last 30 games.

Best 3 attacking forces in football at the moment - Villa, Drogba and Cristiano Ronaldo.

True, Ibra has to be close though Unimpressed he seems to be on form atm

Everton are apparently trying to buy MLS Golden Boy Landon Donovan. I think he and Louis Saha could form a great partnership.

Sol Campbell to Manchester United?

Oh yeahh, Villas leaving soon isn't he.. probs to Madrid, Chelsea or United.

I had to laugh last night, when Graham Souness was talking on SKY, saying he is worried that Liverpool are in "meltdown". Their current crisis is nothing compared to the one he caused, back when he was in charge in the early '90s.

I think Rooney isn't as good a 'striker' as Torres, or Drogba for that matter, yet he is the best of the three when it comes to an all round game.
As for discipline, he was a bit of a knob at the start of his United career, but he has disciplined himself very well the last couple of seasons, paticularly this season since he's realised he is the key attacker since Ronaldo's departure. Anyway, he's far more well behaved than your Drogba.

I noticed Liverpool lost to Florentina again, and with fat Masch and dossena looking likely to leave ( maybe even Torres) it's not looking good for Lafas men...

As for Mr Chappers who doesn't rate Rooney, Rooneys only 24, yet hes England and Utds main striker and the worlds 8th best player which aint bad considering he played on the wing for most of last year and that the 7 above him consist of Messi, Ronaldo, xavi and Iniesta. His temper has calmed down even from last season which is more that can be said of of some of your lot:

Drogba - Played like a sack of c**t against Barca and then had the cheek to open his mouth after ( even though I agree chelsea were robbed but still, you couldve had djemba djemba upfront and come off better)

Ballack - The man who deems it necessary to molest the ref after being denied a penalty (that shouldve been given but still)

Bosingwa - Chelseas resident kung fu master.

Oh that reminds me - player I don't rate(compared to friends, sky sports and andy gray), Essien. Player I do rate, Ivanovic :)

I had something else to say but I looked out the window and forgot :/

Yes, agreed. Although I'd have Torres at United any day, and Drogba too. But age is against the Drog.

And for having his back to goal, turning, and getting in a shot in one move there can be few better at that than Berbatov.
