Man Utd's penalties were abysmal. Januzaj will, I pray, learn that's not how you take a penalty.

So Chelsea have accepted their bid.

How about them reciprocating? Although I really don't want Rooney!

There's whispers about Chelsea moving to replace Mata with Barkley. Not sure it would be good for Barkley - he's more or less a regular at Everton now, but this wouldn't be the case at Chelsea. Who knows what will happen though.

When George mentioned Mata last night I thought it was just more idle gossip floating about

I only peddle hard news and facts, me. :)

You blue bastards...why did you have to steal Salah from us?

Probably to stop him always scoring against them. ;)

Plus they wanted to piss off Liverpool.

These revamped movie posters over at the Spurs Community Forum made me smile/laugh:

So who's running this bunch of tossers? Rooney? Moyes? Ferguson? The owners? £300k pw for somebody who probably spoiled his last colouring book.

(Interestingly my spell checker suggested Moses for Moyes!)

BBC Sport haven't chosen the most complimentary pic of Brendan Rodgers for their preview of the derby:

A small snippet about David 'nice guy' Beckham:

After 14 years of driving galacticos around Spain, Real Madrid's official coach driver Fernando Manso has parked his last bus. Sadly, there are no explosive memoirs but he has revealed that David Beckham used to send him out to buy sunflower seeds.

Manso told Marca: "We would buy them for him but he never paid us. Of course, we never said anything. One day I found a €5 note on Beckham's seat. When I saw him I gave it to him and he just said: 'Thanks very much' and off he went."

Laughing out loud

Who is going to stop Man City? They're like a team possessed! Can't wait to see them play Barcelona in a few weeks. Should be a good clash.

I hate being a Spurs fan.

We were killed off by some bad decisions from the officials, especially the Rose one. But I'd have liked to see Defoe come on when we were down to ten men, and maybe nick a goal, or two. We rather gave up/ran out of steam/ideas after we'd got a goal back.
