Dismal performance by Utd. Even if Rooney had played it wouldn't have been much better. Far too much panicking on the ball and plenty of misplaced passes.

They are not playing with 'the fear' anymore.

The hairdryer is gone, Moyes has no chance, won't last until Christmas.

Well they haven't played magnificently since Ronaldo left in my opinion. Moyes has a 6 year contract, so I doubt they'll buy him out of that after a couple of months either. Hopefully he'll be successful with some bids tomorrow, but there's no telling who he'll get...

It's looking like Fellaini but it has all gone a bit quiet on Baines.

1-0 to the Arsenal - for now!

Where's Chappers? Still wiping the tears of laughter away presumably.

Hopefully some people on here realise that you can be a passionate, positive Albion fan and have legitimate questions about thé direction in which the club is going. I'm travelling from Paris to home and away games and I feel I have a right to be p***ed off after that.

Fool? Money? Parted ?

Simple.
Through thick & thin, as the saying goes.
Or, as someone once sang, many moons ago "Don't give up on me, baby"

I have that photo with lots of signatures on it.

The bloke thrd from left in the back row is one of my all time heroes.

He wore every shirt from 1-11 - not at the same time I hasten to add - including scoring a hat-trick as a number 9 and keeping a clean sheet as a goalie - both on Boxing Day I seem to remember and both against Ipswich Town. His name David Webb.

Wow! Mad! Good to see Swansea back on track. The Premiership would be a poorer place without them.

Worth mentioning that Arsenal won the North London derby.

A 1-0 win. Just like the old times. In 4th position. That too is familiar.

Does that leave Liverpool as the only team with a 100% record so far

The Radical Order

01 Liverpool, 02 Chelsea, 03 Man Utd, 04 Arsenal, 05 Tottenham
06 Man City, 07 Everton, 08 Aston Villa, 09 West Ham, 10 Southampton
11 Norwich, 12 Fulham, 13 Stoke, 14 Sunderland, 15 Swansea
16 West Brom, 17 Hull, 18 Newcastle, 19 Crystal Palace, 20 Cardiff

Ozil to Arsenal will be a real coup. I know nothing about this Herrera that Utd are pursuing, but I do remember his Bilbao team gave Utd a footballing lesson last year.

Ozil to Arsenal will be a real coup.

I'm gutted. AVB and Levy should have included him in a swap deal, and not worried about a meaningless world record fee. Yesterday showed how much we needed him, and he's probably my favourite player from outside the Premier League. :(

My only hope is that personal terms prove to be a fatal stumbling block, but I'm not holding my breath on that. Or that Man Utd swoop in.

I've just been reading up on Bale. £86m seems like a huge amount of money for someone who has had injuries almost every season.

The right ankle in particular has been a problem at least twice. I'm sure that the Spurs have secured a great deal. Lots of money to spend.

If it is Ozil for Arsenal, that's brilliant news. But looking at the other names Wenger has been pursuing, I ask myself how many midfielders a team needs. Only two strikers have been mentioned.

The striker that is looking the most likely - Abel Hernandez - is not who I would choose. He's done well for his country but not at all for his club and is very questionable on temperament.

It's Özil, goddammit!! As in Motörhead!

Tut, they're so uncultured!
