They only have 25 they can use, the same as Chelsea and everyone else. It's very fair now. And the only reason Chelsea and Arsenal comply with the 8 Brit rule is because they bought most of their foreign 'Brits' over 3 years ago, which apparently makes them British! I think the FA need to rethink that one, it definitely doesen't encourage home grown player production, just clever purchasing.
MU is easily the best example of a major team consistently producing true British players from their acadamy. SAF isn't the relentless poacher you make him out to be. Of course he buys in the very best players but it's the players themselves who ultimately choose MU. I'm not a ManU fan btw. But as a general England fan, SAF and MU do much more for England's future than any other team or coach. BUt for MU we'd have a very ropey team and almost no future.
