"puts tin hat on"

That would be a travesty. I think they are better suited for the European Second Division.

I watched Sutton United beat Welling 4-3 today. A brilliant match of twists and turns - plus the obligatory dirty bastard in their midfielder to get me riled and ineffectual officials to wear out my vocal chords.

2 points dropped today against Swansea, rubbish.

I have to admit I hope they go straight back down, Welsh teams don't belong in the Prem.

I've got a soft spot for Arsenal, OM and Wolves. I hate united and the reds as a matter of course.

Some good chocies there, for both likes and dislikes.

Explain yourself Sir (said Oldrocker in Wolverhampton . . )

I meant more the other teams to be honest! Though Wolves ended United's unbeaten run last season as I recall, so they're a good choice for that reason.

Story for stories sake, if Basel did get removed from the competition (which is extremmely unlikely) Bayern would just be handed a match bye.

And what genius theory do you base this opinion on?

Presumably that football is a game generally played by sentient beings*? ;)

*anticipates lots of arguments to the contrary.

I think the only reply to that is Laughing out loud that.

Have a go of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcaTuaUKfPI

Some of JTs best mates are black! This is his latest line of defence.

Be interesting to see what the FA does now.

And Suarez too. It's ridiculous. What a load of whingers. "He called me a name." So you can't insult other players now? They won't last 5 minutes.

And I'm not sticking up for racism. There are some blacks who are just as racist. I know that for a fact.

Are you sure? Why is that - although I do hope so.

"LMA and Harry Redknapp condemn Blackburn fans' abuse of Steve Kean."

Why? They've got every right to complain. They pay their hard-earned money and expect the best possible. The owners know nothing about football and he's been a disaster for Blackburn.

This was bacically Liverpools statement in defence of Suarez.

Luis himself is of a mixed race family background as his grandfather was black. He has been personally involved since the 2010 World Cup in a charitable project which uses sport to encourage solidarity amongst people of different backgrounds with the central theme that the colour of a person's skin does not matter; they can all play together as a team.

"He has played with black players and mixed with their families whilst with the Uruguay national side and was Captain at Ajax Amsterdam of a team with a proud multi-cultural profile, many of whom became good friends.

"It seems incredible to us that a player of mixed heritage should be accused and found guilty in the way he has based on the evidence presented. We do not recognise the way in which Luis Suarez has been characterised."

It's all going wrong.

Now if he'd bitten Evra.........

Encouraging. England's third choice goalkeeper has let in three before half-time.
