God, without Sean Wright Phillips, Gerrard and Walcott, England are a workmanlike bunch of boring bastards. I could barely keep my eyes open during the match tonight.

Woo! Look us us, we're beating minnows in our qualification group. Woo! (Or Woo! We're beating minnows in our friendlies. Woo!)

My confidence is not sky high.

Who will be West Ham's player of the season this season? I will take a stab at Callum Davenport.

You're lucky; think of these poor bastards, eh? Wales

When they said that West Ham had lost a leg, I immediately thought...

Hooray for the England Ladies! We're in the final!

Great eh?

I'll try to watch it on Thursday. We've got so many great players - Rachel Carney, Jill Scott, Alex Scott, Rachel Unit, Faye White,Kelly Smith etc.

And why are we doing so well? Maybe because the so-called US based star has been dropped.

Ooh - my mistake. I see Yankey plays for Arsenal now. But she was dropped because of her attitude and application.

Aren't Arsenal and Everton the two best women's teams in the country?

Apparently. They both play in the English Premiership though. I guess that's because they can't get into their Ladies' teams.

Oh dear!

They weren't favourites to win at all.

I know. Such an achievement to get to the final.

I think they've got more balls than the Arsenal mens team.

Just noticed that Fabio Capello has now managed for as many games as Steve McLaren. Here's how their records compare:

McLAREN - ALL
P18 W9 D4 L5 F32 A12 - 1.78 goals a game

CAPELLO_ ALL
P18 W14 D2 L2 F50 A15 - 2.78 goals a game

McLAREN - COMPETITIVE
P12 W7 D2 L3 F24 A7 - 2 goals a game

CAPELLO - COMPETITIVE
P8 W8 D0 D0 F31 A5 - 3.88 goals a game

I can hear McLaren now spouting on how England had more competitive fixtures and a superior overall defensive record under his reign but I see little else in his favour.
