Borough Walk!

This is probably one of the most self indulgent threads this board has ever seen, but oooooh well.

Tomorrow, due to me being a student with too much time on my hands, I am going with my friends to try and go through every London borough. The aim is to walk as much as possible, but it's 80 miles so we will end up getting buses at some point.

This is the first half of the route, as far as I can work out...

Crystal Palace -> Norwood -> Sydenham -> Catford -> Eltham -> Then we head up to Woolwich to cross the Thames, with some loops to hit the boroughs -> Wollwich -> Beckton -> Barking -> Chadwell Heath -> Ilford -> Leytonstone -> Upper Edmonton

I will try and update my otherwise very boring Twitter as well. :P

But that's all Eeeaaast London, not proper London at all. Whistling nnocently

And good luck Elliot.

Well for the second part we go...

Upper Edmonton -> Shoreditch -> Marylebone -> West Kensington -> Kensal Green -> Cricklewood -> South Harrow -> Greenford -> Ealing -> Kew -> Richmond -> Kingston-upon-Thames -> Putney -> Sutton

Aha, thereby cleverly avoiding the roadworks in Motspur Park. You have planned this through. :P

I am lazy and so apparently "being base". I'm trying to think of what I can conjure food-wise to meet you with in my borough at the moment!:P

Yup. Forty five minutes, it took me to get through them today.

I believe these roadworks have inspired the next series of 24.

I didn't plan any of it, my friend Benn did. He's a little transport obsessive. Pleased

I've got an image of a midget version of rain man reciting bus timetables. Am I close?

Why's he spell 'Benn' with two n's? It's not normal, tell him to cut it out, OK?
