David Mitchell or Robert Webb? Page 2
On Jonathan Ross last week, Webb came across all 'normal' and married and about to have a kid and stuff, and Mitchell came across all single and (somewhat cheerfully) on the precipice of doom, which just made me like him all the more.

I love them both, but I adore David 
Even if he really did have a room of papers and piss jars, it wouldn't faze me. You have to make allowances. Nobody's perfect.

Say what you want. Collecting piss jars is a very thrifty hobby. You're only paying for the jars really. And labels, of course. You have to label them, if you can't tell when they're from they lose all value.
I'm thinking people here probably identify more with Mitchell....
I can't decide. Mitchell is more my type, but ya gotta love a guy who can freestyle disco. Yes, I watched them on Jonathan Ross as well and it made me love them all the more and further cemented my opinion of what a total turnip Ross is, good at his job I guess, but still a turnip.
To me they're equally good and loveable in their different ways.
I suppose (like many it seems) I seem to empathise and identify more with Mitchell.
Dave Mitchell is obviously a more talented performer (except Webb can dance).
But who'd win in a punchup?
Neither.
That's the comedically-justified result.
Being a good straightman is quite an art.
Why do you always make us choose??!! Why can't you just accept that we love you both the same, but in different ways??!!
Look, we're all mature adults, we can work this out...
To paraphrase the Peep Show toast analogy...
Webb's (brown) the main course, Mitchell's (white) the dessert. But secretly I like Webb (brown), so therefore I win.
I don't see them as a straight man/funny man double act either. And if they were, then in Peep Show Mark is the straight man.
Maybe Webb is the more versatile actor?
