This was funny again last night. Very funny, in fact, especially all the discrimination stuff.

Yeah the fat guy is easily the funniest character.
The fat nance?

I thought this was a fantastic - if way too short - series. The biggest surprise for me was Ricky Grover, his stand-up and previous TV appearances haven't really impressed me (remember 'Orrible anyone?)... but his performance in this was really top class.
He still scares me though. Just in a different way.
Loved this series, want moooorrre.
I couldn't really get into this. Not enought tasty clunge on it.
*oops, sorry, wrong thread. Think I've been watching too much Inbetweeners*
It's about nothing, but about everything. Nice though!
Ricky Grover was terrific and a great edition to the list of strong comedy characters who are annoying middle management twats.
Also has anyone ever seen the actress that played nasty manic-depressive Ivy before? In fact she was so believable they may have just got her off the street.
Although Jo Brand will not be getting any Oscars she was perfect for the role just being Jo Brand and the rest of the cast just kept getting better over the three episodes.
They should be getting a six part series if the three leads wanted to write it, but no doubt the BBC is too busy spending time and money on My Family and Horne and Corden to bother about it.

I thought that. She was amazing.
I loved this short series, I thought after episode one they might struggle to sustain it but they flippin' did, I hope we get more.
This is definitely the sort of show that should be on TV all the time but sadly I guess you only seem to be able to make great naturalistic shows with moments of poetry if you are a big name in the industry.
The Bristol Stool Chart is a f**king stupid nightmare. I know from a professional point of view working in the care game anyway.
Loved Getting On and hope it comes back for a full series. Was genuinely clever and funny.

God, that chart is a real thing?!? I thought they'd made the idea up. Scary!
Oh yes, part of fairly routine nursing notes is keeping the old stool chart. Though, unlike Gillian sodding McKeith, it is not used spuriously to try and guess what your diet might be, but as a guide to the development of an underlying condition or to its treatment.
