Highly unlikely. It wasn't very popular (although I quite enjoyed it). I think Channel 4's entire archive is meant to be online now (or soon) though, so worth checking their website.
It was awful quota-filling rubbish.

As a result I don't think it'll be coming out on DVD. The demand probably isn't there - it wasn't that popular at the time (I must admit I wasn't a fan of it either - the actors tried hard, but couldn't mask the lazy writing)
