Just an update.
The girl in question was arested and admitting punching my daughter but nothing more serious like the stamping on her head.
So she is out on bail and it is going to the CPS to see if they charge her. We currently only have one witness statement which is Jodie's best friend - which isn't the best so I'm told.
But I did write to our MP who has been most help he wrote to the Chief Constable to ask him what he was doing about it.
The home office wrote giving me a load of statistics about youth crime and Brown's people managed two lines.
David Cameron's lady at least managed a side of A4.
Oh the MP also wrote direct to my daughter which was nice.
