Just say "no".
He's perhaps my fave Peep Show character, cracks me up with some of his lines. It would be great if it worked ala Grass (Billy Bleach from the Fast Show), which is a very underrated, well performed sitcom with some fine writing and the standard managed to hold up well throughout.
I have strong doubts, though.

Seeing what Super Hans' life consists of when not with Jeremy and Mark wouldn't be (probably) very funny - or very pleasant.
I think this is a good point.
The good news is that, as far as I'm aware, there's no Super Hans spin-off in the works. However Matt King (the actor who plays Super Hans) has just got his sitcom about chefs commissioned: https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/whites/
I'm not a great fan of spin-offs.

*cough*
Anyone got a copy of the pilot? There must be someone lurking who does...
