A guy normally books gigs for me discovered he was meant to be arranging a charity gig this Sunday, so I said I'd try and find some acts for him.

My exact feelings too. Plus, I'm too lazy for all that 'standing up' stuff.
I'm with Ellie. I hardly think a cowering wreck would entertain people. Thereagain, it is for charity.
