No idea if the moderators are going to zap me for this split thread - but if you're reading it, consider yourself aiding and abetting. You bastard.

Right -

I think some sort of meeting, shall we say a couple of hours long?

We'll base it in Cardiff - we'll have a general chat, maybe swap some scripts around, read them out and stuff, and plan our next meeting?

Next week is out for me, but am happy with any suggestions from the following week on (Sat 4th July ish off for me too I'm afraid)

If you can't make it owing to train tickets and such, let us know you're interested and I'll mail you the date of the next one.

So dates, times & venue suggestions please?

Thurday 9th July 7:30 somewhere boozy (that's not the name of a place though I might copyright it). That's my fourpenneth.

Okey - usually ok on Thursdays but I'm in Dublin on 9th & 10th July. Sorry! Other dates around then are fine.

Tuesday 7th Can't do a Wednesday personally.

Can do Monday that week - all of next week thereon

I can't do next Monday or the Monday after (that's media Monday in the Bay - unless people fancy coming along to that?)

Are there any weekdays left? How about a Sunday afternoon meet?

It's where all the media types in Cardiff get together to network. Yep, Sunday is good.

Cracking ok - I'll propose 12th, 19th or 26th July?

12th would be best for me. Might be away for the other two.

OK - So Sunday 12th July - Does 7pm sound OK - and any venues in mind? A Shot in the Dark on City Road is quite nice but maybe a little complicated if people don't know Cardiff?

It is a little tricky but it's probably the best venue unless anyone's coming in by train, in which case I'd recommend The Cottage on St. Mary's Street as it's close by.
