I have just returned from a recording of two episodes from series three of BBC Radio 4's superb Victorian epic, and am delighted to say that it's up to the same standard as the first two series. Needless to say, the evil Mr Gently Benevolent has returned and is intent on destroying Pip and Harry, with hilarious consequences. Etc.
Fabulous though, top scripts as ever. I expect it'll broadcast in August or September, so can't wait for that. 
Just finished listening to Series 3. I thought it trailed off in the final 2 episodes - although perhaps I'll give them a second listen - but was otherwise as excellent as ever. I'm certainly looking forward to the pretty-much-inevitable fourth series.
I've just got to episode 4 and it's great yet again. Very, very silly but par for the course. The silliness is a good thing btw.
Obviously now the final two episodes have been ruined...

I started listening to episode 4 and was terribly confused as to why it seemed so familiar. Wondered if I'd mis-labelled it and was somehow an episode of series 2. Then I remembered that I'd been to the recording. >_<
