I liked it Fred although I found it quite predictable from the outset.

Fair point, I did think that it was predictable.
But I don't mind things that are predictable sometimes, that's half the fun.

I liked it, I didn't think it was too obvious.

Can't say I saw it coming. Nice idea.

I thought it was a very nice gag, maybe obvious to the more coloured comedy palette, but, still funny... And nicely structured.

I don't want to be taken wrong here. I liked it, I just thought it was predictable.

But like you say Fred, predictable can be funny.
