"Winter, your Kingdom must come down".
Quote: Gordon Bennett @ March 27 2013, 10:55 AM GMTWhere's the climate warming/greenhouse effect when you need it?
Causing the snow of course...
Increasing the average temperature of the atmosphere --> more energy in the atmosphere --> more violent & extreme weather patterns --> snow in some places & heat waves & drought in others.
You get what you pay for..
Nice and sunny here today
Been quite nice this bank holiday, I've been up early each day to go birdwatching. I saw a jack snipe this morning - almost invisible until it starts bobbing up and down like it is mounted on a spring; nature is weird - what's the point of superb camouflage if you can't help from fidgeting?
Sunny.
Still sunny. Is this the beginning of (real) spring...or just another april fool by the weather god.
I'm beginning to sweat under my sweater and coat...that's a good sign.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaat weather. Sunny and warm.
It's warmish today, but a windy. Don't get me wrong, though, it's not bad weather. I'm wearing a t-shirt, but I guess you all expected that.
