Thanks for the advice Mikey. Jan has already got back to me. He is very prompt isn't he?

I have got him looking at two of my scripts for two different projects and he has seen my short film 'Harris & Doyle: Let The Good Times Roll' which he complemented my acting. So my tactic of showing my versatility has worked so far. I am also sending him mine and Dan Pearce's 'Back to Class' pilot episode on DVD at his request.

Yes, he's very prompt. Good luck with that. :)

In your experience, Mikey, does Jan have a large inbox?

OOER, Matron! :P

As with all open-house prodcos, the script submission process will have a waiting list. So, if your submit a script, be prepared to wait a few weeks/few months for a reply.

That is gutting to hear, but you did get paid for that option, right?

Not the option, no, Mikey. But I did get the writers fee for the pilot script once the BBC commissioned one based on their liking of my original.

ah. Well, I suppose that's something... isn't it? But I would be well gutted about something of mine not making it when I've got so far.

And, as mentioned before in this thread, you must've accumulated some contacts at least.
