Spook:
Another underground test?
Scientist nods. Spook reaches for a red phone.
Spook:
Get me the White House.
2 - North Korea.
Intercut library shots of large crowds gathered in public parks and squares. A tannoy announcer counts down from 3 in Korean.

Very funny, you could possible film the CIA bit, then cobble some archive footage together with a voice over for the rest.

Then you film a group of people together (possible Chinese) gather and all jump at the same time?
Am I understanding this skit right?
If so then why? Sorry I'm sure this is a very funny skit but I'm just not getting it right now.

There's a Theory that if all the chinese jumped at the same time, it would cause an Earthquake.
So they are probably all jumping to fool the US seismologists into believing that they have been testing Nuclear Weapons underground.
Or something similar anyway.
