One I've been think about a lot lately began with the interviewer asking:

"Minister, in your manifesto "A better Britain" you promised to build a million billion houses in the Greater London area alone, in fact you've built three - are you disappointed?"

Seems to have pre dated Gordon Brown by 40 years.
