A doctor goes back in time in his portal.
He walks into a surgery where another doctor who is putting leaches on a patients face.
Doctor walks straight out and back into his time portal.

This is the second time I have seen the word 'leeches' misspelt in these forums over the past month. Leeches are still used by some doctors for bloodletting in reconstructive surgery. Applying lychees to a patient's face would be more silly.
May work better if after the doctor returns to his portal and the F**ckin' amateurs remark, the camera pans out to reveal a patient of his on a bed in the portal with a humongous great oversize leech attached to his patients face. Or a giant bat? or a divorce lawyer (bloodsucking parasitic bastards)
