shortlisted writers announced... http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/writersroom/2009/07/cbbc_masterclass.shtml
"I got an e-mail today from Get Arder Ltd saying they'd seen me on BSG and wondered if I wanted to enlarge my penis. I wondered:
A.) Is this real?
B.) Is this common - an experience any other BSGers have had
and
C.) If it is real what size would be best?
Even if it's not real, I'm glad it reminded me my penis exists.
Many cheers."
Reading that was the first time I had actually laughed from something written on this site
Probably still send this guy my script though, I quite like it and his feedback could only help.

Does anyone know these people cos I was quite interested to find out about them, like whether they're proper writers or wanna-bes or what?
Why not post it on 'Critique?
Ir's a 30 page sitcom pilot so not sure it would fit in critique, plus I'd rather get a professional's feedback
Maybe a sample page or two. Up to you. Either way, it's best to get someone to look at it before you send it.
Probably a good idea, might post it now. Cheers
Just put up the first five mins of my idea, it's still very much a first draft since I only wrote it yesterday I finished the 30 page first draft today and any suggestions on how to improve would be much appreciated, thank you all.

No idea. Try googling them. The more pro writers might have established websites.

I did just that. From the list, I would class at least nine as having professional credits.
Christina Balit - children's author and illustrator
Nick King - episodes of 'Doctors'
Debbie Moon - SF author
Matt Kimpton - SF short story author
Tony Kerr - author
Kulvinder Gill - comedy sketch writer
Felicity Carpenter - won the Sir Peter Ustinov award in 2007 and developing an original series for the Cartoon Network
Darren Rapier - episodes of 'Doctors' and playwright
Andy Dixon - author
