there have been countless, but whats the best one? For me, Its the Chewing the Fat Taysiders in Space. not only does it mention my home town (Carnoustie - woo!), but features one of the best lines never to appear in the series itself -

My problem with Trek spoofs is that the original series had a sense of humour. And although at times desperately earnest, there were also some very funny moments. That said, Galaxy Quest is a great spoof of Trek and Trekkies.

Definitely. Can't watch any space-dock scene without laughing now. Best thing about it, it was done with a love for the series, wouldn't have worked if it was piss-take.

I have a friend who says it made him cry though. 
I watched Fanboys recently, which had some good Trekkie (or Trekkers as they like to be called) bashing in.
