2nd How ... Is Your House sketch

Presenter:
Welcome to How Geologically Stable Is Your House. We're calling again on Mr Dunsmuir and his charming property.

Presenter is with Dunsmuir in his garden.

Presenter:
Mr Dunsmuir - how geologically stable is your house?

Mr Dunsmuir:
Oh, very.

Presenter:
Yeah?

Mr Dunsmuir:
Yes.

Presenter:
And to find out, we've moved your entire house to the San Andreas fault in California!

Mr Dunsmuir looks behind him, notices his house is gone. Presenter pulls out a portable DVD

Presenter:
Look at this.

On the DVD, the house is in the middle of the desert, during a severe earthquake. It is totally undamaged, exept a roof slate falls off. The Presenter looks angry and disappointed.

Presenter:
And so it is. Well, that's all we have time for. Till next time, goodbye!

Too different from last time. You've worked too hard imo.

Presenter: How stable is your house

Mr Dunsmuir; Well when we bought it it had a little subsidance...

On screen: Two hours later.

Mr Dunsmuir: ..and now it's a much more stable structure.

Presenter looks up and there's a crushing ball heading straight for the house.

I liked the first sketch a lot.

But I agree with Roscoff. This isn't the same type of sketch as the first one. My suggestion, based on Roscoff's:

Presenter: How stable is your house?

Mr Dunsmuir; Well when we bought it it had a little subsidance...

Presenter: Join us next week on how unstable is your house.

And quit there.

I think this one feels a little forced I preferred the other one.

Yeah, you're right. Felt a little forced when I wrote it. Thanks Roscoff, the quickie feel was a better way to go. Cheery-boo.
