I am, only joking, of course. I do think Macs work very well but I'm so used to my PC, then when I get on a Mac, I'm like 'who's doing what now?'. Does the mouse still only have one button? That would always freak me out.

I've never found Macs particularly attractive, and rather counter-intuitive. Every time I use an Apple computer, it makes me love and appreciate Windows even more.

What have you didded to my post, Aaron?

Mac PC/laptops can be pretty. But most importantly for me the OS is very pretty, which means slick design and easy navigation. Windows still feels like effort and for the average PC user, it's not good enough. Honestly, I want it as simple as possible.

The mice don't really have any buttons at all, but if you push on the left or right side of it it serves as a left or right click. You can always use a "normal" mouse if you'd like.

I also realise my ignorance is apparant by my comparisons of Macs to PCs. I know a Mac is a PC and PC is a Mac but when I think of PCs I think of Windows and when I think of Macs I think of Apple.

Makes perfect sense. Especially considering most of the UK population chooses life insurance based on a talking telephone, a nodding dog or a man in an elephant costume.

2. Why don't Macs crash?*

*I know they do but the crashes are very few and far between. My MBP crashed *once* weeks after I dropped it. I took it for repairs and it hasn't crashed since.

1. PCs crash due to third party software, insufficient memory and dodgy downloads.
2. Macs do crash - and often - due to their OS. I worked with Macs for years in publishing/design and one (there were about 15 in the office) would crash about every night, more often than PCs with Windows OS. But apparently they've improved since the days I worked with them.
