Is it too early for tips on this year's race (15th)? I'm not sure they have the first line up yet (before inevitable drop outs) but I'd like to get a punt in early for once before the odds plummet. I've heard a few names mentioned Delta Work, Longhouse Poet, are these the big favourites already?
Ta in advance.

Remind me not to re-open this thread next April...
Nevertheless, if you insist, on your head be it... Current odds from various bookmakers are per the link below. Above the name of each bookmaker is a box that says "non-runner no bet" (ie you get your money back if it doesn't run). Probably best to bet with one of these if you're betting early. Just in case. From the Thursday afternoon before the race (when the final runners are declared) you will automatically get your money back on a non-runner with all bookmakers.
Below the bookmakers' name is the each way terms they're currently offering (ie 5 places or 4 places; one-fifth the odds for a place or a quarter). You will probably get better each way terms (maybe down to 8th place or even more) on the day.
