Psychoville - Series 1 Page 32

That blind guy throws what looks like the crocodile off a cliff...
Maybe it stunk of young girls or something

(Back on topic...)

I don't know if anyone else has seen the 'trailer' for the DVD on the HMV website but there are a couple of clips which I'm assuming are from next week's final episode as I don't recognise them. Oh, and the way they've integrated the song from Episode 4 is genius.

Any thoughts on what we learn?

The only bit I didn't recognise was the one with Lomax and Tealeaf standing at the cliff...

I've really enjoyed this series but have got very annoyed every time they show the establishing shot of 'Eastbourne' (the dwarf story) as it is in fact the Winter Gardens in Weston-Super-Mare. I live 20 minutes away from WSM and walked past this place every day for a few years whilst I was at college...why not just say it was Weston or find somewhere in Eastbourne? Grr!

Still, really looking forward to the conclusion of this series and wondering who or what will be the inevitable Mcguffin?

One of our terrible soaps, General Hospital, takes place near near my home in a fictional town called Port Charles. Sometimes they use actual real footage of Rochester, then other times they use shots that are very California, where it is filmed. It pisses me off too.

The trailer now appears to have disappeared from the website. Presumably they realised they put it up slightly too early.

I tell you what though, I'm really looking forward to the final episode - I've no idea how they're going to finish it.

Who was Robert's co-star in "Whore White and the Seven Dicks"?

Hi Gary. I take it you're trying to complete the inbox game on the official website. Here's a clue: check out the websites linked to from this page for all the answers you need. Some are easier to find than others: https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/psychoville/special/websites/

Oh right...well. It was a good trailer anyway.

I can't wait. I'm actually quite glad that they didn't red button it - it'll increase excitement to fever pitch by the time Thursday rolls around. I'm making a point of checking the Ravenhill website (www.insideravenhill.co.uk) at least twice a day in case anything is added.

Apparently there's gonna be a 2nd series. Don't know why though. They're all going to the hospital and we know they killed that old lady.

Well evidently, we don't. :)

There's an awful lot of assuming and conclusion-drawing to be done by the viewer though.

That's true of any and every mystery/thriller, film or TV.

By the way, does anyone think that the handcuffing from last week foreshadows Mr Jelly losing his other hand?

I think it was mirroring his metaphorical hand-cuffing to the anger, bitterness and dilemmas in his life. That, and it was a useful plot device.

I thought it was another Hitchcock reference to "The 39 Steps".

I think the mystery man is going to be... Christopher Biggins. Tah dah!

Who was Robert's co-star in "Whore White and the Seven Dicks"?

Does anyone know the answer to this so that I can progress.

Thanks

Gary M
