Nice ep. Great cinematography again. The whole design of it is rather delicious. Intriguing, building storyline, ace performances, and a few laughs. Not mindblowing, but I liked it.

I thought it was a flat like a rather overheated rip off of LOG, there didn't seem to be much that was all that engaging.
Except the bit with the Punch and Judy that was nice.

It certainly wasn't flat or a rip off. A rip off? It's their show, a continuation of their natural style, and it certainly feels like something with its own identity to me. I also think the characters and the central mystery are all extremely engaging.
I dunno LOG had an visceral energy that grabbed you. This one somehow you knew where everything was going.

Well, I can't agree. This one has a lovely creeping atmosphere, perfectly suited to the type of story they're telling.
The stories are all kinda vague but entirely predictable.
But we'll have to agree to disagree.
I liked it again!

Very funny.
A bit more of the mystery revealed - an institution, a woman died - all very interesting.
This episode seemed more of a part two to episode one. They really should have kicked off with an hour length pilot. The characters are established now, so let's move on the with plot please.
I still enjoyed it, but it's meat and potatoes time.
