AN ELDERLY MAN - ALF - IS BEING INTERVIEWED FOR A TV DOCUMENTARY

INTERVIEWER (O.S)
Did you have any bogey subjects at school Alf?

ALF
Oh yes. I remember them all. Some were bogey subjects, and some weren't. It was all very black-and-white.

ALF CONTINUES IN V.O AS WE SEE FILM CLIPS:

ALF (V.O)
He taught me about people.

CLIP (B/W):

Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.

ALF (V.O)
He taught me about music - a bit scarily.

Don't know if that's a good thing.

The switch from surreal to pun to smut in such short time seems to work.
