I've had to re-mort-gage my home

My lessons tightly planned
Tea-ching to risk diversify, and get paid cash-in-hand (or, and other things I don't understand)

I'd like to teach the kids something (the bankers can teach today)
To help them on their way
I'd like to help the kids to learn
Some really flashy stuff
Like how to read the FTSE and other useless guff
And when the markets resurrect
Then I'll be on my way
