The Office - The Opera

Don't know if this is up elsewhere on here but well worth a look for Office Fans. All done by students at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama and only shot on a shaky hand cam from the balcony - but still excellent.

A hoot and a testament to great quality writing and a brilliant idea by the creator of this take on a classic.

I guess this production is what they referenced on the Comic Relief show for the Gervais Merchant spot. There must be more written since as they were doing one of my fav bits on Friday (Staff Training)

I hope they can get funding and permission to tour this. I'd pay good money to go.

I saw the skit on Comic Relief on Friday and thought it was the best part of the entire night. The opera's very good.

There was an article about them on Friday's edition of BBC London News (main 6:30pm show). I'm sure it's available on iPlayer if anyone's interested enough.
