This about that actor/monkey in America that went crazy, through the medium of a PG tips advert.

What the hell got into

JOHNNY VEGAS
Aaaaah! Get him off me!

SFX. GUNSHOT

MAN1
Oh my god, Mr Vegas, are you ok?

JOHNNY VEGAS
(Out of breath)
I'm ok. I'm ok. I'm o

SFX. CRAZY MONKEY

AAAAAAAAAH! MY FACE!!

SFX. LOTS OF GUNSHOTS

Just visualising this made me chuckle.

Nice, but I'd have given the moneky some dialogue before he went berzerk.

I think it needs something early in the sketch to connect it to the story. You've done it for us in the intro, but the sketch itself doesn't have that.

Agree with Badge about the intro.

The sketch doesn't blow me away. May have been funnier if you'd have introduced elements of the 'old' PG Tips Monkeys adverts (the piano and that) but that's my own personal preference. This just felt like a lot of shouting.

Cheers for the comments guys. I get what you mean with the intro, but what I was going for here was more of a parody of the events rather than something to do with the event.

Swertyd: Yeah it is a bit of a shout-fest, but I just like the thought of Johnny Vegas being attacked by a monkey and I'm pretty sure that's how he'd react. I mean, it's most of his act anyway.
