Well, it was pretty enjoyable. Will listen to the next episode.

Not all comedy songs are crap

Hugh Lauries "Mystery" is a total work of genius and very very very funny

Doubtless I'm much in a minority but I do enjoy Tom Lehrer, especially 'Poisoning Pigeons in the Park'.

John hegleys done some funny songs too

For those interested, you can listen to the Sony Awards being announced on their website. Nominations for the comedy award are listed here.

The winners have been announced:

GOLD: The Jason Byrne Show
SILVER: Just a Minute
BRONZE: Tom Wrigglesworth's Open Letter to Richard Branson

Jason byrne show is brilliant

the guys a nutter!

But very funny

Last week's Simon Day was very good indeed. Surprised, because Dave Angell was never a favourite character of mine. The Twitter obsessed delivery driver was a touch of class.

49 Cedar Street was excellent. A bit different to all the more traditional stuff and all the better for it. It's been developed really well since it was a Sitcom Trials finalist.

Just a quick heads-up for this new 4-part Radio 4 sitcom by (BCG favourite) Mr Andrew Collins, which starts next Monday...

Looking forward to it. (I had a very tiny part in establishing the premise of the show, as Andrew kindly solicited some relevant medical advice/knowledge from me when he was first writing it.)

There's a two page feature for this in next week's Radio Times.

For Tim's relevant medical advice?

Dan
