Seinfeld is, like all the best sitcoms - a sum of its parts.
I couldn't argue against George Costanza being one of the best sitcom characters of all time, let alone the best character in Seinfeld.
However I do love what Kramer brings to the show.
His physical comedy is reminiscent of some of the great old silent film stars, and his character allows some of the more bizarre storylines that make Seinfeld what it is - Quite simply the best sitcom ever.

Kramer and Newman. I think my favourite episode with the two of them is when they are playing Risk on the train, either that, or when Kramer is covered in flour and golden brown and Newman decides he wants to eat him
