Can it be responses to ANY question you think of?
Brief doesn't make sense to me...
..or am I just having a blonde day?

AND...

Argghhh, the email doesn't work for me either.
Mailbox unknown.

I had questions to ask them as the brief is very confusing. :(

No you're not!

Much :S

Can I give them my shopping list?

Or women I've shagged? Ah they want ten :(

Yeah that's my problemn too - the brief is not entirely clear. I think I know what they mean but I'm not sure. I suppose that the sample they're offering (if the email link comes on) will make things clearer.

Are they after something along the lines of these...

Possibly where the question might have been:

Were you beaten as a child?

If I understand it then they might want 10-ish possible funny answers such as...

No because I was very competitive

No but I was quite often whisked

Not brilliant examples but maybe that's the kinda thing?

I'm guessing Blenkinsop is right.

I've just seen this on the Chortle forums, by Colin:

We've had some problems with the e-mail address not accepting any e-mails coming from outside the BBC. Just what you need on an open door show. I'm told the problem has been fixed and the address should be back working tomorrow morning, once the BBC servers have done an over night thing. Sorry about that.

That's what I was thinking. Very Fry and Laurie.

Oh, I think I get it now.

Like a person in the street asking questions to passers-by.

The clue lies in :

vox pop (vox populi) : the voice of the people.

Not working for me either. Email that is.

See Contains Nuts post a few above

Fry & laurie used to do some great vox pops.
I think Python used to do a few as well.

You've probably already seen it's up on Writersroom, with the caveat

"Submissions will open on Monday 2 March. Please come back then to find out where to send your vox pops."

Yeah, I also noticed it up on writersroom.

But I guess us "elite few" already have he email. We've just got to wait for it to work. :)
