As do I. Considered it for my 10. Not sure though.
Very good to see Spin City appearing in almost every list!

Michael J Fox is da man! Saw the entire Back to the Future trilogy last week - is there a better film franchise than that? I love it. And I've seen most of his other films - Doc Hollywood, The Hard Way etc.
I wanna see the Spin City episode when he comes back during Charlie Sheen's tenure on show. I think it's the first two episodes of Season 6.

Well, it's an American Sitcom, so I suppose so.

Not in order, but these are mine:
Sgt Bilko
The Munsters (first Marilyn)
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Cheers
Soap
Happy Days
The Simpsons
Flight of the Conchords
Friends
South Park
My big caveat is I haven't seen a lot of modern stuff due to poor terrestrial scheduling and me being too lazy to catch up afterwards.
But at the same time I would ask whether anyone who doesn't have The Simpsons on ther list actually likes comedy?
Get Smart!
MASH
All in the Family
Bob Newhart show(70's version, he's a psychiatrist)
Taxi
3rd Rock from the Sun
Seinfeld
Larry Sanders
The Simpsons
The Family Guy

CORRECTION
Sorry Fonz, memory has kicked in and there must be room for Police Squad! in my list. So, out goes Happy Days.
In no particular order...
WKRP in Cincinnati
Taxi
Soap
The Fresh Prince of Bel Air
Police Squad
South Park
St Bilko
Frasier
Friends
Different Strokes
I am not up on the more modern sitcoms like Curb, 30 Rock etc so most of the above is retro-cool.
Def.
Arrested Development
Frasier
The Simpsons
Friends (the good ones are really good)
Police Squad
Spin City
South Park
Scrubs (early days)
The Office
And I absolutely cannot think of a last one!
