Things you liked first, then everyone liked... Page 3

I was into coitus back before it became popular.

I was one of those early racist guys. It was me that came up with the idea of the lynch; before then people would just run past the dark skinned fellows of the neighbourhood, poking their tongues out. The KKK totally ripped my shit off.

Oi! I do not love Nickelback! Angry

Most things.

I haven't gone off any of these, but me and a friend were really into The IT Crowd, then somebody we know got into it, got too obsessed, set up a website about it and started quoting mediocre lines to us endlessly all day.
I knew of Harry Potter before most people did as my Auntie who is in a book group came across it as early in 1998 and recommended it for me, so I read that.
I also knew of the Arctic Monkeys before most people did.
Here is a band to look out for in the future, they are only a small band where I come from but I am almost certain they will come pretty big, listen out for 'The Twisted Wheel'.

Back in 1994, as a young Hip hop fanatic, I was the only person in my area wearing stuff like combat pants, parkas and old skool trainers. People thought it was a bit weird, then, the following year, middle-of-the-road pop stars like Liam Gallagher started adopting the same look, and soon everyone in my area was dressing like that. I even had a cloth flat cap back then, like the ones everyone seem to be wearing nowadays, but I didn't wear it much, as most people just thought I was trying to look like Del Boy.

I saw them support Oasis in October, they're not too shabby.

So did I! It may have been trail-blazing fashion to you but it was necessity for me.
I no longer need to shop for clothes at Oxfam or Army Surplus stores, I'm pleased to say.
