aahhhhhh. Sorry, I thought Gordon had done that. Wouldn't surprise me.

There are? Where?

Congrats, to those who got on; thought the show was really rather good myself, got a nice 'feel' to it, with some strong laugh out loud moments.
I'd guess until we all get the 'hang' of the show, short sketches and lines are probably more likely to be used because you have less time to do something wrong.
A bit cheered up this morning - got a "nearly but not quite" email back yesterday from the Newsjack team about a sketch, with a bit of feedback.
Ah, that's nice Griff.
Thanks Dolly. Although I can't be seen talking to you, you're on the blacklist.

Yep! Do they still tell everyone to avoid me then?
That's what it said in the email I just got, yes. Dan as well, apparently.

You know, I'm feeling a little inspired this week. I've done a couple of very short, punchy sketches and some corrections. Kept it under two pages (Beeb format) for sketches.
Here's hoping (and writhing)!
I've been concentrating on writing more gags this week so I've only sent in the one sketch, but I feel it is a good on.
(Remember, you've got until noon to seen the sketches in)
I got an automated response this week, and none last week. Did everybody get an automated response for last weeks contributions?
I don't think so. Or this week.
This week yes, but not last week.
Dan
Just got an auto reply. Very useful...
I got a couple of responses - and I'm quite chuffed, because even an automated reply makes all the difference. It confirms they didn't flush my email down a toilet. Maybe they reply in batches? Or maybe the toilets blocked?
