I've found them really helpful and encouraging. I have a mentor at the BBC who is so busy that contact is not as frequent as I would like, but I am grateful to have the opportunity.

I hope they're not the be all and end all as they recently rejected one of my scripts! But seriously, just because they didn't like it doesn't mean somebody else won't as you've experienced firat hand. Just keep writing and trying to get it into the right hands.
When I receive a rejection I always think back to a programme I watched about JK Rowling who had Harry Potter rejected so many times before it actually got somewhere - I think the only answer to rejection is belief.
