What is your favourite? Page 2

The Catcher in the Rye by JD Salinger.

An incredible book Geek

Man this was tough. I thought long and hard. Especially since it's not "your favorite painting" or "film" but favorite art piece in general?
I don't even know if this really truly is my favorite but it is something I find myself watching over and over again in marvel. Not for the story but for the visual representation of the film's setting.

'City of the Lost Children' or 'La Cité des enfants perdus' is film by Jean-Pierre Jeunet better known for 'Amélie'.
Yes it's french but it's a visually gorgeous film.

The City of Lost Children*

They also made Delicatessen - another very visually memorable film.

God this is a hard thread. But I think out of all the albums, films and other creative pieces I've experienced, I'm going to have to go with The Royle Family because nothing has ever made me more emotionally involved.

Bad habbit. I always forget to capitalize when referring to language. I always forget when I write about English.

Yes! I loved that film too. Had me at the edge of my seat the entire time.

Bandage's Batman Avatar.

Bandage's Batman Avatar.

A very fine representation of the style I like to call Bandage-Cubism.

The Last Post by Simon Armitage or Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, though I completely can't pick either way right now. :(

The Garden of Earhly Delight, a 1504 oil-on-panel triptych altarpiece by Heironymus Bosch.

I bet your children are thrilled at meaning less to you than a Ralf Little sitcom.

It's very difficult, but I'm going to have to go for the song 'Being For the Benefit of Mr Kite' on the Beatles Sgt. Pepper's album, but this view is very much at the moment, chances are it would have changed next week.

Complete Works of the Beatles.

If absolutely cornered, I'd choose A Day in the Life.

Fight Club.

The film, not the book.
