Relapse

A sketch featuring new addition to the Slagg clan: SlaggetteH.

A doctor is presented with a remarkable condition, or not. Gawd bless doctors. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLy1G8TYA_4

Hope you like.

Very good. Well done on the editing. :)

Cheers, I was getting really embarrased about this one slipping off the radar with zero comments and was tempted to bump a few threads below it to get it off the front page as fast as possible so nobody would notice.
Appreciated, as always.
:)

I was impressed. Something I would've liked to write myself, if I'd of thought of it first.

Cool man, looked quite good. I'm gonna go ahead and be a bastard though and pull you up on some stuff :P Only coz I love your stuff

The camera was kinda outta focus in some shots, and the light source was changing kinda took me out of it. I'd of personally put the light source up a bit to avoid the triple shadows. :) Just techy things really and not massively important. Anways good as usual man.

Cheers Gav. Yep, comments taken as intended. :)

We're really struggling getting enough light on a person in any room that doesn't have the sun blazing away in the corner. Camera is a big problem at the mo but we're filming a 30 minuter soon and we're going to have to splash out on a decent one. I'm still looking at the Canon HV30.

The light source changing: we keep having to change the lighting gear angles to get enough on each person's face for the cut-tos. We tried pointing the camera up to get indirect light but even that doesn't get enough light onto the person.

Hallo Slags! It's a nice, silly sketch but yeah, let down a bit by the camera work, and to an extent by the editing as well. It seemed very choppy. Perhaps less extreme close ups would help in that regard, and more two-shots, over-the-shoulder stuff, etc

I wouldn't want to make any technical comments until I've tried this sort of thing myself (I know those that did have so fair play). I think it was a really good snappy realisation of a good idea. I thought the choppiness was intended and it certainly didn't unduly distract me.

Very nice visual joke centred sketch, how does one get to be a Slagg?

Agreed. I was hampered by turning up at the location to find only 3 foot of blank wall to shoot against, which threw all the planned over-shoulder and wider shots off the storyboard. There would have been a certain amount of choppiness to acheive the reveals but the limitations of the room further exaggerated it.

Cheers, Sooty. There is a casting couch. Although SlagB won't reveal its whereabouts to me. :(

She's such a good actress that we had to get her involved.

I heard you have to touch something with your tongue and hold it there for 30 seconds.

I managed 27 seconds. :|

It's still the record, Lee. :P

I like it. I just wish the patient's clothes were consistent through all her incarnations - (especially the dog's red neckerchief).

Bo.
