Snow - Friend or Foe?

There's a fair amount of snow in SW London tonight - a fair amount for London anyway. With apologies to any of you whose travel plans for tomorrow have been screwed up, I was out earlier, and I can't remember a night in London seeing as many people smiling as I did tonight. There's real joy in people's faces seeing those flakes coming down. And it's an undeniable fact that every neighbourhood, no matter how scummy, looks better under a blanket of snow.

So, the question is: do you like snow, or not? I've nailed my cards up, now it's your turn.

Looks nice, but bloody annoying. No, if I had to choose.

Yes.

Although I can't deny it can be annoying.

But its otherwis excellence more than makes up for it.

Foe I'm afraid. Nice to look at clearly but it hates me. It makes horrible crunchy noises and sends me flying.

So, the question is: do you like snow, or not?

There's a reason I've spent the last 36 years of my life in snow-free areas.

I'm *loving* snow but *hating* this new popular way of saying things. It's getting on my nerves.

So for the sake of putting the record straight.

I *love* snow.

I agree with Griff. At the moment, I love it!

I've got half an inch here and I'm loving it!

(And now the punchline)

But I hate snow.

Lee's half inch?

Image, not mental image. >_<

Seems about 50-50 for or against snow at the moment. Keep pressing, keep guessing.

Yes. It gladdens the heart, so it does so it does.

But I f**king hate brown slush and ice - neither of which I count as snow so my vote's an aye!

I loooooooooooooooooooooove snoooooooooooooooow!!!!!!

Especially today. :)
