Well done on your first animation 
The animation itself is fine, but it's hard to understand what you are saying, so I lost the last few lines.
Good try though, keep it up.
Well done on your first animation. I had the same problem as Leevil unfortunately in understanding the voice so I didn't get the punchline until second watching.
Are you going to make anymore? When you first start animating the progression you can make from one animation to the next is very satisfying. Even adding simple things like a wide-shot and close-up to edit between can make a great improvement.

Another thing, just a personal preference I thought there were to many titles. I was starting to think come the f**k on get to the good already. But good start, it's a hard art to get down right keep at it though
The crap animation angle works well...this is truly crap animation. I giggled at the huge black beard. But the major problem is the voicework. I've done a fair bit of animation voicing myself and the one thing you have to remember is that the person listening to you is not the same person who spoke the words.
So, in your head, everything sounds perfectly clear and lucid. But when I listened I heard the following:
TERRORIST:
Wassup wit da snauzee?
BIN LADEN:
What d'you mean what's up wit da snau?
TERRORIST:
I mean, with Obama in the White House do we change tack?
BIN LADEN:
No, we cheese here to da last
TERRORIST:
This is God's will, we fight until we get a sign from him
BIN LADEN:
This is on your own sign from God, wiggly-iggly fole
TERRORIST:
What is he?
BIN LADEN:
A burning bush!

Lee - Yeap I like the crap animation angle, I just knew I wouldn't have the ability to do it well. So decided on the simple concept.
Gavin - I take your point about the titles. I just really wanted to confirm with everyone that I knew the animation was bad. I'll chop some out.
Everyone - Yeap you're all right about the voiceover. What makes it worse is that Mrs Bigfella said this to me before I posted it and I poo pooed her. Now she thinks she's a bloody film director!
