Just been playing Call of Duty: Black Ops. Never been into FPS or really played a Call Of Duty game. But I must say, this is rather fun and engaging.
BLOPS is a big pile of shite. BC2 and KZ3 both dramatically better examples of FPSs.

Battlefield: Bad COmpany 2. Battlefield 2 is out soon aswell, that looks AMAZING.
Well I can't get those games so 
Thing is, don't think I'd like Killzone. Not to keen on things set in space or lasery guns and other such shite.
I've not played a FPS since Half-Life and that was a demo I had on the PC many years ago. So picking up Black Ops, with the Wiimote-gun attachment in my hand. I was overwhelmed by the sense of immersion, which was the main thrill. Not to keen on the SAW style opening though. But aprt from that, it seems great fun and easy to pick up by a novice FPS'er like me.
